This project was made possible through collaboration with drone operator ADLC and BASF in Antwerpen. The drone can cover distances of up to 50 km while carrying payloads of up to 15 kg. These capabilities enable SGS to reduce the transport time of analysis samples by as much as six times.
This not only improves operational efficiency for both BASF and SGS but also significantly reduces environmental impact compared to traditional road transport.
