This video shows how to update firmware of your DMX USB Product using Pro Manager.
Pro Manager Software is compatible with:
DMX USB Pro
DMX USB Pro Mk2
Pixie Driver (All Voltage variants)
The Open DMX USB and Open Widget do not have the ability to have firmware updated and are not compatible with Pro Manager.
