In this video, I share my journey as a longtime Windows professional diving into the world of Linux on the desktop — and not just any desktop, but one used for content creation, streaming, and gaming.
What started as a community challenge turned into a full switch from dual-booting to daily driving Linux Mint. I cover everything:

Video editing (KDENlive), design (GIMP), and office work (LibreOffice & MS365 Online)
Gaming
I even ran into my first major system failure when experimenting with Davinci Resolve — but thanks to Timeshift, restoring was painless and way smoother than Windows' System Restore.
One month later, here’s my verdict: Linux is mature, ready for creators, and dual booting is no longer necessary. The Linux community has been supportive (and eager to recommend distros!), and I’ve officially become a bit of a Linux evangelist.
