Password-Protected PDF? Just Print
There is ZERO reason why Copy/Paste and Highlighting text in a PDF should ever be locked. If someone tries it (*cough ASUS cough*) you can print your way around it. Here's how to do that on a Mac. Same way works on Windows, Linux, etc.
