9 - Personalised Mailing Groups
You might want to send a personalised email to inactive or very active subscribers. To do this you go to ‘Create Campaign’ and again select ‘Regular Ol’ Campaign’ and select the appropriate list and within that list you should select the sub-option for ‘Send to a New Segment’.
Under this option you can choose to set certain conditions to capture certain types of subscribers and the activity they have taken upon receipt of your emails. E.g. Campaign Activity – did not open – all 5 of the last campaigns. This means that you can send an email to a certain group of subscribers depending on their behaviour so, for example, if there is a group of subscribers who are not taking any action upon receipt of your emails you could send them a new email telling them they are missing out.
