Speech To Text conversion using python and openCV +auto translate to different languages
1. Auto TRANSLATE audio or video files from English to Farsi, Mandarin or Spanish, in real time, separately.
2. Auto TRANSCRIBE from English to one of the above languages, separately.
3. Automatically turn transcription into subtitles for broadcast tv. (Synchronized Subtitling/Open-Caption)
