Rain threatens the Mets' home opener
While it was a dry Tuesday, clouds loomed for much of the day.
A few breaks of sun helped bring temperatures in the lower 50s. A frontal boundary to the west will inch toward the region on Wednesday, bringing showers.
A wave of low pressure will ride along the boundary, bringing more rain for the Mets' Home Opener, but there is a glimmer of hope that the heaviest rain may shift further east.
