My Stoic Philosophy video series explores the philosophical tradition of Stoicism with goals to inform, empower, and help others benefit from the practical wisdom of Ancient Greek, Roman, and modern thinkers.
This video responds to a viewer who wanted to know why I became interested in Stoicism and how I apply Stoic Philosophy to everyday life. I respond talking about practical applications of Stoic Philosophy and areas of focus including dealing with adversity and difficult people; having a right attitude about change and setbacks; finding meaning in life; questioning desires and living humbly; and self-reflection.
