We were already in northeast Ohio when Nick suddenly had the idea to go to one of the 6 PM sirens in the area. Between Elyria and Vermilion, we chose this because Nick has recorded Elyria like five times and I've also seen an STH-10 in 5 entire minutes of alert. Had a total blast here. We got here like 40 minutes in advance so we spent most of it just goofing around. Someone at the restaurant next to us sounded exactly like Jschlatt i swear to god
This thing is unbelievably quiet. Neither of us used our earmuffs or anything. It also takes SO LONG to wind down.
