Decent heavy weapon. If you want rocket launcher that does more dmg go for racket launcher level 3 it does 125 dmg. This being a heavy weapon it restrict you movement. You can't use jetpack. Only heavy weapon that does not restrict you movement is grande launcher. Legendary grande launcher the The Widowmaker is really good.
