Hey Software Developers, just a friendly reminder. We have plenty of things to do. Feature work, tech debt, security vulnerabilities etc. It is important that we clean up things as we go but we can easily fall into the trap of doing mostly unplanned work, just jump at whatever comes your way.
Try to resist that and prioritize bigger tasks with the team.
