How to making dairy-free/vegan cream cheese foam for tea.
Sometimes I'm in the mood to try something new and came across a video where one of the teas was a chrysanthemum iced tea topped with cheese foam. This is 士多貓TV original idea.

Cheese foam was first created in Taiwan well over a decade ago. The craze caught on a number of years ago in North America. Some tea shops call it sea salt cream topping, milk cap or cheese foam. My first experience with this actually started with coffee. In the early 2000s, 85°C Bakery Cafe in Taiwan developed a sea salt coffee which became popular and I think this led to it being added to tea drinks.
I decided to try to make a vegan version and I was interested in how this combination of chrysanthemum tea and cheese foam would taste. After some experimenting with the cheese foam recipe, I was ready to try out the combination.
