Leveling and setting Z offset
After some struggles getting the steps wrong and/or forgetting to reset the Z offset (evidenced by my glass bed's condition), I sorted this out:
Steps:
Prepare, Preheat PLA (optional, but helps with not having excess PLA or expansion)
Prepare, Auto Home
Prepare, Move Axis, Move Z, [adjust to 0.00]
Control, Bed Leveling, Probe Z Offset, [adjust until paper friction under bed]
Control, Bed Leveling, Level Bed
