Beware of scam ornithologists!
Only veterinarians who have completed specialized courses in avian treatment after receiving their veterinary education are authorized to treat parrots. Don't trust the health and life of your feathered pets to anyone who calls themselves an ornithologist but has no veterinary training! Often, these scammers don't even have an ornithological education; they simply figured they could make money from it! There are plenty of scammers who will treat your parrot to death for your money!
