How to INSERT an online video on Word [Quick Word Tutorial]

To insert an online video do the following
Go to the insert tab. Then in the Media section click on the online videos button. A small window is opened. Here you need to paste the URL of the video you want to use. To see how to do it, let’s use a YouTube video as an example. Click on the share button then on the copy one. Go back to the Word document and paste the URL in the small window. After that click on the insert button and there is your video.
Interesting Word treats the cover of the video or thumbnail as a picture you can customize it according to your needs.
Right-click on the thumbnail, then select the Change Picture option.
Once you select your image click on the insert button. And that’s it!
