How to use Java in Firefox
This tutorial shows you how to use Java in Firefox. Firefox 52 and later no longer supports NPAPI plugins like Java and Silverlight. Use Java in Firefox by installing the Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) version alongside the latest Firefox release. Launch Firefox ESR to display NPAPI plugin content when encountered.
