My Computer Doesn't Recognize My iPhone - USB Driver Problem Solution - iTunes iPhone
Instructions
1- Right-click on My Computer - Manage
2- Select Device Manager
3- Connect your phone to your computer via USB
4- Find your portable devices. Right-click on your Apple iPhone or the item with the exclamation mark. Click Update Driver Software.
5- Browse and browse my computer for driver software.
6- Select "c", "Program Files", "Common Files", "Apple", "Mobile Device Files", and then click OK.
7- Click Next. Once the installation is complete, iTunes will recognize your phone or Apple device.
