Lily's story - living with BPAN
Lily has BPAN, a rare neurological disorder mainly affecting girls. It starts in infancy with seizures and developmental delays, then leads to worsening intellectual and movement problems over time. There is no cure; treatments only manage symptoms, and most patients do not live past middle age. Lily has contributed to research by donating skin cells to help better understand the disease.
