I'm tansfering movies to a USB3.0 compatible SSD (2.5" Enclosure).
I'm getting really slow write speeds they are about 60-80MB/s.
The hardware is 10 years old so no support / newer bios possible.

What is really special is that "nmon" only shows a burst of tranfering data. I don't get a slow steady transfer.

When i'm using this SSD on Windows i get 300MB/s write speed.
Tested with other controllers VLI805, Asmedia same issue.

How can i fix this ?
