Lava_Iris_X8_L_S007_20151008.zp : http://firmwarefile.com/lava-iris-x8 (no need to download if you already have it)

Always perform a backup.

How to:

1. Extract both .zip files. Copy "Update.zip to \SD card and Beta UpserSu to \SD card\Android. Disconnect and Power off your phone.
2. Run flash_tool.exe and select scatter file from firmware folder.
3. Click "Download" and connect your phone to pc.
4. Disconnect your phone and do not power it on. Press Volume Up + Power and release when you see the bootlogo.
5. Continue to stock recovery: Press power for two seconds and press volume up. Release two keys when you see the recovery.
6. Apply update from sdcard and select "Update.zip"
7. Wait untile Install from sdcard is complete. Power off your phone by selecting "power down."
8. Run SPflash tool. Load scatter file from "LP Root tools + Update folder."
9. Disconnect your phone and do not power it on. Press volume up + power to boot into custom recovery. Install zip - Beta SuperSu.
10. Reboot when flashing is done.
