The VHS tape shows a promotional video for Playtime Co., showcasing their most popular toy, Poppy, a seemingly intelligent doll. The tape then cuts to a cryptic message hinting at something sinister within the factory.
Upon entering the factory, you find it in a state of disrepair. As you explore, you encounter Huggy Wuggy, a large, blue, and seemingly friendly creature that is one of the factory's mascots. However, it soon becomes clear that Huggy Wuggy is not as friendly as he seems, as he comes to life and begins to chase you.
You must navigate through the factory, solving puzzles and avoiding Huggy Wuggy, to try and find out what happened to the staff and uncover the secrets of Playtime Co. The chapter culminates in a terrifying chase sequence where you must escape Huggy Wuggy by navigating through the factory's ventilation system.
Ultimately, you manage to escape Huggy Wuggy, but the mystery of the factory and the fate of its staff remains unsolved, setting the stage for the next chapter.
