Im Going to see MVIS at CES 2022 in VEGAS! Microvision LiDAR at Consumer Electronics Show...
Microvision announced they were going to be at CES, the Consumer Electronics Show on January 5th - one of the biggest tech conventions of the year - Im not saying, Im just saying, but companies DO tend to make big announcements about their tech at CES..
I signed up as a member of the media under their portal, gave them access to my youtube analytics and they made the determination that I am influential enough to join the party!
SO, Im going to get my hands on a cassette of truth; I’ll take my super high resolution 4k stabilized camera and my biased opinion to the MVIS booth to bring to the world the closest look we’ve seen yet at their tech. I’ll ask questions, Ill find competitors and make comparisons. I will look Sumit in the eye and just gaze, and wait, and see if he can keep a poker face or if all will be revealed (of course he wont tell me secrets). But if there is any whisper of a partnership or a peep at whats to come- Ill be listening to hear it.. And If I can get my hands on one - Ill leave behind a signed portrait of DangDangDangman123 for their cooperation.
This is a pretty big deal for me, and for the Space Warehouse Youtube Channel.. I never knew this before, but CES is not open to the public. Only industry professionals and the media. Evidently my tentacles have spread far and wide enough to qualify as a member of the tech media!
Anyway - feel free to feed me ideas for what to try to get out of these guys, or what other technology to seek out at this show, its absolutely massive; spanning something like 10 different physical locations beyond the Vegas Convention Center. There are bound to be other LiDAR companies present - and certainly the biggest automakers; who’s concept cars I will happily prod through hoping to find a little black box the size of a few packs of playing cards.
