A guy jumps into the water while holding a ball, and even though his body sinks, the ball he's holding shoots up high into the air. people call this move, a manu bomb. this is possible because of the Worthington jet effect, which occurs due to the pressure effect when something drops into the water. When something is dropped into the water, the surrounding water moves away, creating a cavity. However, shortly after, water returns to the center to fill this cavity, creating an upward pressure.
