Plugin Used : JHS Powerbar | Round corner
It is very simple to make :
Draw a cricle and pushpull it
The pushpull the face with pressing (ctrl) button
Select the upper face and scale it with useing (ctrl) button
Select the mid circumference and click on Round corner (offset value : 0.5)
Select all the shape and click on view (hidden geometry)
Select the line you want and use JSH Powerbar (extrude along path)
Finally copy the new shape along the circumference
You did it !!!
