The quality of your CPU is a complete lottery. some will run faster, some will run slower. The same goes for how it can adequately handle RAM. DDR5 RAM is pretty easy to run with two sticks, but when you want to load four sticks of RAM, that's when the quality of your CPU truly comes to play. The 13900 KS processor that I'm testing on the EK Quantum Delta2 TEC CPU water block is extremely fast but not as good at handling RAM as the 13900K that I'm also testing.
