Rusty Herring Under a Fur Coat | Dangerous Tasting
I made "Herring under a Fur Coat" from a rusty fish I brought home the other day and marinated it the same day. The marinade itself was incredibly delicious, but there wasn't enough salt, so to maximize the shelf life of the fish, I decided to further process it and re-salt it, only this time using much more salt.
Also, in this video, I conduct a small experiment—tasting expired cheese, 5 months old. I share the results at the end of the video.
