How to navigate Restricted Crossing U-Turn (RCUT) intersections
Restricted Crossing U-Turn intersections, or RCUTs, are designed to streamline a driver’s focus to one direction of traffic at a time. RCUT intersections (sometimes referred to as a J-turn) are proven to significantly reduce fatal and serious injury crashes.
