Pushing My Limits: Conquering "Train Time Direct 5.11+ PG-13" | My Hardest Trad Climb Ever!
After giving this route a few burns last season it lay dormant through the winter months, begging to be sent. I returned to steal its glory and claim my own. On my first lead attempt, I blew the crux moves due to a foot popping off, even though I felt incredible here. As the route had stolen my glory once again, I knew it must be done. I lowered down while cleaning the route and saddled up, prepared for battle once again. As I fired up the route repeating the same moves yet again, I reached the crux. As I plugged the gear everything flowed and I managed to pull through the crux sequence gaining the easier terrain above. I had claimed my glory. My hardest Trad route by grade to date.
