Oracle Apex Dynamic Image Upload and Display Drag and Drop
This Oracle Apex Video shows that uploading an jpeg, png image to the DB (BLOB) and displaying it in a drop region is possible. Also shows the Javascript integration with ThreeJS library to display 3d Objects stored in the DB as rows.
