These are grass-cutter ants, found in meadows in certain areas of Argentina. These amazing creatures spend their days cutting grass, although they don't eat it at all. Grass-cutter ants collect every blade of grass and carry it back to their colony. And this work continues all day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty days a year. But why do they do it?
