How to add a permanent DO NOT DISTRIBUTE watermark to a PDF
There is no point in adding a 'Do Not Distribute' watermark to a PDF if users can easily remove it by selecting the watermark in a PDF Editor and then pressing the delete button to remove it from all pages.
Safeguard PDF Security enables you to add a permanent 'Do Not Distribute' watermark to a PDF that cannot be removed in a PDF Editor.
You can apply different watermarks on view and print, and add dynamic variables that are replaced by user data (e.g. the users name, email, etc.) when the PDF is viewed and printed.
