Training compilation of former youth russian weightlifter (awarded master of sports) Nikita Durnev. He moved couple of years ago to USA to hold weightlifting seminars. He has a really good technique, so I think he worths this compilation. He holds seminars with such persons like Vasily Plovnikov and Yasha Kahn at gyms like Waxman's Gym, Catalyst Athletics, Nordwood Training Centre and so on.
