In this video I gave your brief information on making context menu based commands, and of course for both User Context Menu and Message Context Menu,
the key points are discord api provides a targetId property in the contextMenu interaction and targetType so you just have to use that to fetch the message / user and bam everything is similar.
Also i told you the way to convert your slash command to context menu command if you are having any issues my discord server's link is given below.
