LASAGNA RECIPE
Alright guys, in this weeks recipe, we make a Lasagna Bolognese, which is a Lasagna, using Bolognese Sauce. A few weeks ago we made a stunning Bolognese sauce, which was a little different from most modern versions, this spaghetti bolognese recipe was made using, milk, white wine and tomato paste, see link below.
This Lasagna, is by far my new gold standard. Is is incredibly simple,but so packed full of flavor. As a traditional lasagna bolognese, it is made with Bolognese sauce, and béchamel sauce.
