Choose your best DPS team and do this cover tech.
Basically make sure ALL your Nikkes are shooting before the bomb appear
then when you get into cover, you will take no damage.
As simple as that.
The reason for this is because the bomb will target where the nikke is and getting into cover is dodging the bomb.
It is technically not a glitch as this also apply to the bomb raptures except that one are in number and much harder to dodge.
Highly recommend any nikkes with short reload time or reload skills to keep magazine full. Otherwise you can also just use defend mechanism to force stop shooting until the bomb appear.
