HP Laptop Screen glitches and goes black when track pad is moved.
This an HP 15-CS3079NR which the screen was going black or glitching, mostly when the track pad was touched or moved. It would also glitch with an external mouse. The screen would wake up when the touched. The problem would only occur when started from "off" but not when the laptop was restarted. In the end the fast startup in power settings was the problem. By turning off fast startup in the power settings the problem was resolved.
