IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT C PROGRAMMING:-
1."C " is a middle level language.
2."C" was developed by Dennis Ritchie in 1970.
3."C" was developed by the use of UNIX operating system.
4."C" was developed at Bell laboratories .
5.This language called "C" because many of the features derived
from the earlier language "B".
6."C" was designed for implementing system software.
7." B " was developed by Ken Thompson.
8."ANSI "(American National Standard Institute) adopted "C" in
1983.
9.The ANSI "C" standard was finally adopted in December of 1989 ,
with the first copies becoming available in early 1990.This
standard was also adopted by ISO (International Standard
Organisation) and the resulting standard was typically reffered
to as ANSI/ISO standard"C" .
