The Boot Process in your System.
The BIOS runs a process called Power On Self Test.
The POST performs a series of diagnostic tests to make sure that the computer is in proper working order.
Next, the boot device will be selected.
The computer will search for a Bootloader.
Once the Bootloader loads the Operating system, the kernel gets loaded. It also loads drivers for hardware attached to the computer.
Next, essential System processes and Userspace will be launched. Then the Login process will allow the user to interact with the Computer system.
