This song was first sung by my siblings and me in 1972 when we first learned it while visiting our grandmother in Fulton Koro, close to Nakalawaca village in Tailevu, Fiji. This song was given to us free and has been shared freely with the world. Whoever is claiming it as theirs had better be telling the truth.
