As we had seen in the previous chapter, Oliva Biscuit had made his return.
Mr. Unchained had been recovering from his injuries at Dr. Kureha's hospital. Biscuit said he was feeling better and was ready to leave the hospital.
Later we realize that he didn't waste any time and quickly found Nomi, the guy who sent him to rehab.
