F2P Patch 3.8 Tier List | Endgame Combat (Abyss, etc...) [Genshin Impact]
End of Sumeru Tier List, just to get a quick overview of the character roster before the release of Fontaine. It is catered towards f2p endgame accounts. 5 Star characters are considered C0 and 4 Stars at ~ C4 (if C6 seems very relevant, I will point it out).
This is based of my own opinions. It is very much subjective!
