Genji can basically deflect anything. While deflecting he takes no damage from melee attacks including Reinhardt's hammer, Winston's ultimate attacks, and his own ultimate. He can also turn Moira's orb's onto her teammates by deflecting them. He can still be hurt by certain characters and skills like Doomfist, his own lunge attack and Lucio's boop. He can deflect Pharah's concussion blast but only if it's aimed right at him, if it hits the floor, it bounces him back. Obviously, he can't reflect Sombra's hacks.
