Events visibility controls deliver a more private and secure experience to your users scheduling meetings and events in RICOH Spaces.
To ensure only the correct people are able to access event details such as agendas and attendees, we have created two new roles: Schedule Admin, and Facilities Admin.
With this new functionality and these new roles organisations have much more control over the details of their events, which information is visibile, and to who.
