Empowering Local Food Sources. Research by lecturers from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Gadjah Mada University, has successfully discovered a breakthrough in processing local food sources through extrusion technology. Various local food raw materials, such as corn and sorghum, which are abundant and previously underutilized, can be processed into delicious, healthy, attractive, and economically valuable food sources. The results of this research strongly support the SDGs Zero Hungry effort. This discovery also encourages community food self-sufficiency.
