Spent a day exploring Bakewell and Matlock through the heart of the Peak District in England, and it was such a lovely little getaway! Bakewell and Matlock are two of the Peak District’s most charming towns — full of character, history, and stunning natural beauty. It was the perfect countryside escape: calm, scenic, and a refreshing break from city life.
