Mortar Scrapper PvP Build - Guild Wars 2 Super Speedy Engineer
Scrapper may have been nerfed in Guild Wars 2 PvP, but with the Tools traits and elixir U, it can still get quickness while also having the cleanse it previously lacked for a fast and scrappy playstyle.
