Unlocking Opportunities: Peru & Singapore Webinar
Discover the opportunities for collaboration between Peru and Singapore enabled by the Peru-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (PeSFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and the Pacific Alliance – Singapore Free Trade Agreement (PASFTA). Since the implementation PeSFTA and CPTPP, 87% of Singapore's exports to Peru have enjoyed tariff reduction or elimination, fostering a favourable operating environment.
As the first Pacific Alliance country to ratify the PASFTA, Peru is well placed as a gateway for businesses to venture into Pacific Alliance, a group of countries that will likely expand to include other Latin American markets. As the agreement has yet to enter into force, businesses can refer to the PeSFTA or CPTPP on trade regulations and opportunities in the region.
