first, download SQL stock take app in apple app store or ios play store.
now, go to SQL Account, go to stock, stock take, new job, do you want to cancel? click no. do you want to continue? click yes
next, using SQL stock take app, click update item list, network file transfer, scan the QR code in SQL Account to connect.
Once it syncs with your mobile device, you may start to do stock taking now.
click on stock take, you can either go by the scan method or the search method.
Let's look at the scan method.
If your company has more than one warehouse, make sure you choose the location where you are doing stock take.
Start scanning your products one by one, or adjust the quantity manually.
first product ISCT i will show you scan & update quantity.
2nd product MPCT, i will demostrate, continuously scan product by product, as you can see the quantity will be increasing on every scan, or you may also manual update the quantity as well.
Next, I will show you by search method. Click on search, choose the location. You can choose to search by item code, description, or description2. For this example, I want to search by item code. Key in your item code. For example RM-04, click on search, Update the quantity, and click on yes.
Repeat the steps to perform your stock take. Once it is completed, refer to the next video on how to sync your stock take result to your SQL Account.
