Section 7.1 starts from the General statement outlining the content of the clause for internal and external resources. To establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve a QMS, we need the following:
People to address the availability of human resources;
Infrastructure that includes building, equipment, transport, etc.;
Environment; this is not that global environment that is warming up. Here we are talking about the work environment – social, physical, and other aspects;
Monitoring and measuring – many companies call these measuring equipment or calibration processes. Among others, this element specifies requirements for valid and reliable results, and measurement traceability, when required;
And the last sub-clause in element 7.1 - Organizational knowledge

Next, we will talk about clause 7 explained in English, specifically:
Sub-clauses 7.2 and 7.3 Competence and awareness, which organizations usually refer to as training
7.4 Communication – internal and external related to the QMS, and
7.5 Documented information most companies refer to as document and record management processes. This section includes numerous elements, such as:
Which documents should QMS include,
How to create and update documents
How to control or manage documents and records,
Which documents and records are subject to this control, and finally
Activities for the control of documented information.
