Google Maps Android API v2 - initialize map in xml
Example to initialize "com.google.android.gms.maps.SupportMapFragment" in layout xml, to set default cameraTargetLat, cameraTargetLng, cameraZoom, uiZoomControls, mapType, cameraTilt and cameraBearing.
